What type of service do we offer?
- Assessments are conducted by a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse to identify specific needs of the patient.
- Provision of health education and advise where the need is identified.
- Transferring of skills specific to patient needs to personal caregivers and/or family members.
- Carrying out of the following single nursing procedures at home:
Wound care.
Removal of clips/stitches.
Insertion and changing of urethral catheters.
Changing of supra-pubic catheters.
Tracheotomy tube care.
Gastrostomy tube care.
Pathology sample collection and delivering at labs.
Daily medication administration (According to capacity)
Insertion and implementation of drips.
- Placing caregivers/Nurses at home to take care of patients.
- Post-operative care
- Frail care.
- Palliative care.
- Supervision of care by Registered/Enrolled Nurses. Home visits done by Registered/Enrolled Nurses to ensure quality Nursing care. Assisting treating Doctors with virtual consultation where the need is identified for further intervention. Frail care.
Our target market…
Patients of all ages, gender, race, religion and ethnicity in residential homes, flats, and rural areas in and around Gauteng. All patients in need of care on Medical Insurances, as well as private paying customers. Specifically, patients with a history of re-admission and chronic illnesses who rely on care where family members are unable to fulfil their specific care needs. For short- and long-term patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
